“Nice place and location”
Good breakfast. Good location easy to walk where we wanted to. There was some late night noise from other guests which did not disturb us too much but rooms nearer the pool would have been noisy. Staff were great and controlled the noise on the second night. For us we need this to be a place to sleep and not a place to party. That is what the accommodation wants too
“Cool experience”
While the breakfast was passable, my stay was unfortunately let down by a non-functional TV in the room, which was a major inconvenience. Despite this, the hotel's breakfast offering was okay, but it wasn't enough to redeem the overall experience.
The highlight of my stay was definitely Angela, who was incredibly kind and helpful - her exceptional service made a big impression on me. I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay, and Angela's kindness made for a pleasant experience.
“Peaceful and Friendly Place”
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. That was the best part of the stay! The room did not have TV, hot water kettle, waste bin and the faucet in the bathroom sink was broken.
I appreciated the quiet and clean environment of the hotel, but unfortunately, the air conditioning services were a letdown. The peaceful ambiance was a plus, but the ineffective AC made it difficult to fully enjoy my stay.
