Nothing positive to mention; the location was badly maintained, advertised as hypo‑allergenic but it wasn’t, and it felt more like a garden shed in the villa’s yard than an apartment, offering no privacy. An unsolicited man wandered onto the premises, the air was stale and musty, and the so‑called “walk‑in shower” was actually a tiny toilet space with an old‑fashioned loo inside. Hygiene was practically nonexistent, the shower water smelled metallic, and the TV didn’t work. We left early, incurred extra costs for other lodging, and felt that paying over €400 for two nights was wildly overpriced. In Berlin we found a beautiful four‑room apartment for €188 per night with proper hygiene. The owner ignored the multiple messages we sent about our dissatisfaction.
