The motel is isolated yet functional, has a very simple restaurant that's fine for a quick meal, but nothing more. It has a private parking lot, though I doubt it's monitored. They didn't mention that breakfast was available, and the next morning the gentleman we spoke to said it was closed, so we had to find somewhere else to eat. The beds are very basic, the springs of the mattresses are visible, and the door barely opens because it hits the bed.

The restaurant is exceptionally good with a great menu, the staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful – we were warmly welcomed and pleasantly fed after a long drive from Romania. The building has a small shop – very convenient. The hotel’s location is comfortable as a stopover on a long trip near the Slovak border. The windows and walls have good sound insulation – you hear nothing from the highway or neighbors. It’s great that there’s air conditioning in the rooms. The mattresses are heavily worn – they could use an upgrade. The breakfast is mediocre.
