I’ve been traveling around the world for almost 40 years, and without a doubt this is the best place I’ve ever been. The property is beautiful, well‑kept, and clean, but the real difference was the PEOPLE. It’s a place with a soul where every staff member takes care of you. Every morning we tried different Moroccan specialties, and the person who welcomed and guided us all day made us feel the full Moroccan hospitality. A magical place run by professional and welcoming people.

“Une perle d'accueil et de confort”

Arriving in Marrakech, I was instantly drawn to the Riad AYA—no other place would do. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with a bathroom that felt especially pleasant. The welcome was warm, and the staff went out of their way to cater to my needs. Everything was spotless and quiet, and the location in the Medina was perfect: just steps from Dar El Bacha, near the Medersa Ben Youssef, and only a 15‑minute walk to the Jemaa el Fna square. Breakfast was generous, well‑served, and of good quality, though I would not recommend the dinner service as it isn’t the hotel’s strong point.

This Riad is absolutely stunning—beautiful, well‑maintained, and elegant. It’s quiet, fragrant, and spotless, and the photos truly match the experience, even better in person. The staff are extremely kind and discreet. The tiny rooftop pool is a nice bonus! 10!
