“不要来，很差劲”
I absolutely avoided this place. They didn’t keep the room I had booked and tried to charge me extra—originally RM152, but they upgraded my room without permission and demanded RM180. The accommodation was awful: dirty, cluttered, with cockroaches, ants, and bedbugs. No stairs, so they forced us onto the third floor. The hotel looked old‑fashioned; the pillow and sheets had blood stains, grime, and hair. The air‑conditioning made a huge noise. After one night I left immediately, but the remaining dates couldn’t be refunded, and the platform’s customer service ignored my requests. Staff were rude. Don’t go; it was a terrible experience.
“Don’t do it”
I wouldn’t recommend staying here. As a backpacker, the place was disgusting: dead bugs flattened on the bed, blood and wet stains on the sheets. When I asked for a room change, the staff just handed us a new bed sheet instead. We checked in and out within 30 minutes and booked somewhere else for the next few nights.
They might want to add a mirror in the room.
The room had no window, which made it warm and stuffy.
Clean, generous with toileteries, convenient parking. Poor location, no food nearby, tv not working, walk up required
