“The front desk called to see if everything was okay soon after I checked in. I was impressed by that”
The experience was good.

The place was clean and convenient, and the staff were nice.

You screwed up; no confirmation was sent, so I couldn't stay. After two hours of trying, I gave up. Terrible customer service.

The cleaning and service were good, but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

The staff were wonderful, especially the evening front desk, which was both amazing and kind; the property itself was lovely, though there was ongoing construction nearby that the hotel couldn't control.
