“Frustrating and not able to rest and sleep.”
It was very clean and fresh. It was very loud. Cleaning service slamming doors at 7am waking my family up. A wake up call that we did not schedule came through at 915am waking us up again after we had a very late check out after having a sick family member discharged from the hospital late at night. No apologies from the front desk at check out when we voiced complaints. Front desk associate also did not ask how everything went just told us we were good to go so we had to tell them our issues and our issues were not resolved in any way. At this point we will not be back at that location. We will go to the comfort inn 2 minutes down the road
