The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very good (I chose to eat at the café that provides the meal). The accommodation was super tidy, clean, and comfortable. I recommend it! The room’s air conditioner wasn’t working (the temperature was 29 °C). On the first night we were moved to another room so the unit could be fixed, which was great. The technician only showed up at the end of the next afternoon and didn’t fix it. Because it was crowded, they sent us back to the original room and gave us a fan. Despite this, the hotel was fair and honest and promptly refunded us for the second night.

The bed was comfortable, clean, and the location was calm. However, there was no view, the windows had bars, the room lacked charm, and it was dark—quite different from the photos on the site.

“Muy buena opción para visitar Nápoles, desde un barrio muy cerca al centro, pero sin su bullicio”

The rooms were very good and clean, and the receptionist was helpful, giving us several tips for visiting Naples. The only downside was breakfast, which only included a loaf of bread and coffee.
