“Worst Experience Ever - Avoid this Camp”

Our visit to this camp in Merzouga was a complete disaster from start to finish: we were told the camel trek would cost €45 per adult and that our 9‑year‑old child would be free, so we agreed to €90 total; but when we arrived late in Merzouga, we were told it was too late for camels and had to go by jeep instead, with no mention of extra cost. The camp we were taken to was not the one we booked, a lower‑standard place with no explanation. The dinner was another let‑down: we had said we were vegetarians, yet they served us a tiny tagine with small chunks of meat—clearly cooked with meat and then skimmed off—which was disgusting and disrespectful. To top it all, we were charged €100 more than agreed, almost €200 in total for a terrible experience. Overpriced, misleading, and dishonest, we do not recommend this place to anyone and will never return.

The bathrooms were clean and everything was very pleasant. The camel ride to the camp was great, and the guide took spectacular photos along the way. The only downside was the smell of plastic in the tents.

“BriBrilliant – The Highlight of Our Stay in Morocco”

We absolutely loved our stay here—it was the highlight of our trip to Morocco. On arrival day, Youssef waited for us; we left our luggage with him and set off on a two‑hour camel trek through stunning dunes. When we reached the camp, we were welcomed with tea and cookies. Our tent was simple but clean, and the showers and toilets were also clean with hot water. Dinner was delicious, and afterward we enjoyed live music by the fire. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. After watching the sunrise, we went on a day trip with Omar, which was fantastic—thank you so much, Omar! After the trip, we stayed at their riad in Merzouga, where Hassin took care of us. He was extremely polite, attentive, and always eager to make our stay comfortable, with a great sense of humor. Dinner at the riad was exceptional, with a generous amount of food—so much that we unfortunately couldn’t finish it all. The next morning, we had an early breakfast before departing. Omar and Hassin, thank you so much for making our stay in Merzouga unforgettable!

“One of amazing night in Morocco vacation”

We were able to enjoy the desert scenery to the fullest thanks to the variety of activities offered by the camp. We were made to feel completely at home by the exceptionally kind and inviting personnel. The camel ride at dusk was especially enjoyable; it was an amazing experience. Highlights were the cultural events and guided tours. This is the best camp in the desert Merzouga and we recommend it.

“Fantastico”
