The cleanliness and staff attitude were good. I had to take a room on the lowest floor because there were no other options, which was very crowded and the room’s location was terrible for me. I don’t recommend it to claustrophobics.

The ship was roomy and had facilities that made the stay enjoyable. The room was spacious and nice. There was music and performances. A variety of restaurants, kid‑friendly areas, and a good shopping experience. Prices were fair. Getting on the ship was easy and well organized. I loved everything.

Comfort, convenience, hygiene, spaciousness, relaxation, sense of security, and punctuality were all there. Everything was perfect.
