The location was wonderful, surrounded by green on a hill with a stunning view of Gubbio, and the hospitality from Mr. Emanuele was impeccable and very accommodating. The property is well maintained, the accommodations are distinctive, tidy, and fully equipped. The pool, also set in the greenery, comes with umbrellas, loungers, both indoor and outdoor showers, and a relaxation area. Breakfast was truly excellent, featuring a variety of high‑quality local sweet and savory products. Highly recommended in every respect.

The accommodation is tucked into greenery with a view of Gubbio, spotless, comfortable, and well organized; it’s perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. The host girl who welcomed us and assisted throughout the stay added great courtesy and efficiency. The only downside was a slight uphill walk from the parking lot to the building, but it’s negligible.
