Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk from Brussels central and grand place. Water pressure was a bit low. Heater occasionally not working. But no big issue. Overall good stay

Secure parking under hotel, Great location. Cost of the public car park below hotel, Breakfast seemed very expensive

It’s a fairly large hotel with spacious rooms and a good central location. Bathroom was clean and well maintained. It’s always good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the from. Not ‘didn’t like’ exactly but some aspects of the property could do with some Refurbishment, for example there was no lock on the bathroom door, a cupboard door didn’t fit properly and there were scratches on some of the furniture. A second bedside table would have been useful but that would have blocked a wardrobe door. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable

The service, the room.and the breakfast buffet were exceptional!. I loved all of it!
