The facilities were good, but not all restaurants were open.

The check‑in was disappointing and didn’t meet 4‑star hotel standards; the service was poor, no explanation about the hotel or who to ask, and calling 0 never answered until one time, yet my request wasn’t handled. The concierge area wasn’t mentioned, so I didn’t know where to go. In the room, the balcony light was weak and not controllable from the room, the bathroom had a bad odor, mosquitoes were everywhere, and some of the food tasted salty—chefs should taste their dishes.

There were plenty of activities for kids, more than just the buffet, and every staff member was welcoming and went out of their way to help.

Todo está muy bien ubicado, la distribución del hotel está fantástica. Nos tocó ir en remodelacion, y por ende no estaban en servicio todas las albercas, el tequila de la casa es muy malo y siempre te dan de ese si es que te descuidas además, los servicios de entretenimiento cierran muy temprano
