The place sits nicely in a quiet spot yet still close to shops and the popular beaches, though the ants can be a nuisance.

The rooms are affordable, each building has separate rooms, the property is clean, staff are friendly, and it’s not far from the beach but you’ll need a car to get there. I booked three rooms; room 5 is next to the street, so I heard traffic all night.

The room is adorable and perfect for a couple’s break, but the power outlets are low, the hair dryer’s clamp doesn’t fit well, and there’s no mirror for makeup.
