The staff were a bit unfriendly, the room was old and the carpet was gross, and the pillow was too big.

The hotel is well‑situated, clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. It’s right next to the fortress for a morning visit. Breakfast is hearty and varied, and the service is impeccable with smiles and a warm welcome. The window was boarded up and the shutters were nailed shut, so I couldn’t see outside or enjoy daylight or the hill view; I asked to open it but had to wait for someone who never came, so I ended up using a Swiss screwdriver to unscrew it and finally got to enjoy the daylight view.
The place is well‑located, but they forced me to pay 40 dinars for sitting in a free spot for just 5 minutes, which isn’t fair.
I wouldn’t trust this place; don’t waste time booking here—you won’t find your reservation.
