“Pathetic experience! stay away!”
I told the hotel I’d be checking in late, but when we got there, no one was present. The location is too remote, and there’s nothing nearby—avoid staying here.

The place was quiet and there was nothing around, which was nice. The receptionist was helpful and arranged some food for us. The building was old, not clean, and the staff spoke very little English. It was expensive for what it was, and the receptionist even dared to ask for a tip.
The location is so very bad. Had to drive through mud roads in the middle of nowhere. Even Google Maps couldn't help us. One local man led us there with his bike. Nobody picked up the phone at Canalway to help us. When we reached there was no one there. So we had to find our way out. The location is just horrid. WE didn't stay there finally. But, should review places properly before putting them on your site
We did not stay after seeing a remote and isolated place far from city. Not felt it a safe place in terms of location. Have to Tavel in a single lane and especially in nights it’s difficult as that road does not have lighting. That a farm mud road kind of rough road.Only one car can pass at a time and no space for negotiations if another vehicle approaches from front. I do not know about comfort and facilities as we turned back to pollachi town after seeing isolated place that too dark place without street lights. So I do not prefer this property Since it isolated might feel unsecured when travelling with kids and family. I do not want to comment on facilities/ hosting as I have not experienced it personally
The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets, comfortable price and satisfied
