Overall it was average, but the hospitality was very poor, especially the desk response. The reception was unprofessional; the staff cut the phone angrily in the middle of the conversation without concluding it. The hotel has good potential to improve in the future.

The staff were very unfriendly, I never received the room I had booked, breakfast was late, and the room handed over was unhygienic. I will never stay there again or book through them.
