I was thrilled to find a free sunshade at the parking lot, something that should be standard for every accommodation, especially those that cater to air travelers who have to buy a sunshade on the spot and leave it there; it’s an eco‑friendly move that would save tourists from extra fees on the plane. The only downside was the noise.

The accommodation was on a steep hill, but right below it was a bus stop from which you could quickly get to the city and the beaches. Espresso coffee was available, the kitchen was well equipped, and towels for the pool were provided. The room was cleaned daily, and halfway through our stay the bed linen and towels were replaced. Every day the host offered tasty biscuits, and on the departure day he called a taxi for us. Within the complex there was a very tasty restaurant that served good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The room felt like it was in a basement under a road; it was small, especially the bathroom, and my tall husband had to constantly stoop in the kitchen. The room description mentioned a terrace and mysterious furniture, but none of that was present; the room was like a makeshift space under the stairs to the main hotel. The air conditioning cooled only a little.

The location was perfect, right next to Bus Stop 9, close to Skiathos town, and near lovely beaches.

Nice clean rooms, very helpful staff, a good pool, within walking distance to a lovely beach and restaurants, or a good bus service if needed.
