We’re back for our fourth visit. The hotel is gorgeous and cozy, with a superb setup that includes mineral pools at different temperatures and separate spa zones for men and women. The food is tasty, and I have to thank the amazing chef and the attentive Kubilai bey 🙌. This year they’ve added more staff who speak Russian, which makes staying comfortable for Russian‑speaking travelers from the former Soviet Union a lot easier. The only downside is the Wi‑Fi in the rooms is practically unusable; I had to go down to the lobby to get a decent connection.

“Unterm Strich alles okay”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The wellness area was fantastic, my room was extremely clean, and the food was delicious. However, the staff was unprofessional, unfriendly, and seemed extremely tired, which was a letdown. I did have some great interactions with a few staff members, including Eyüp in the dining area and Nisa in the lobby.

My recent stay had its highs and lows. I enjoyed the spa, hammam, breakfast, and dinner, but was disappointed with the payment process for extra services. The exchange rate wasn't clearly displayed at the reception, leading to an unfavorable rate when paying the surplus. Additionally, I've noticed that the rooms have deteriorated over the years and weren't very clean, which was a letdown given our long-standing visits.
