“Semana en Marrakech”

The spot is great, pretty, new and clean. The guy at the Riad, Amín, was super helpful and attentive, assisting us with everything. Breakfast starts at 9 am and most tours kick off at 8 am, so we missed breakfast all week except one day; they should extend the hours earlier. We stayed a week and the room wasn’t cleaned; we had to empty the bathroom trash ourselves, request paper, and fresh towels. We were three girls and they should have been more diligent about housekeeping.

The owners were very attentive and everything at the facility was nice. No bugs or anything, it was clean.

I highly recommend it, it’s close to one of the Medina entrances, easy access to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful, we only have praise, we will definitely return. Thank you very much for the great stay and hospitality.

“Leider enttäuschend – zu viele Mängel für den Preis”

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on the terrace was especially nice, and the central location of the Riad was convenient. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage there until the night of the last day. Unfortunately, there were many negative aspects. The room was very small, old, and poorly ventilated. Mold on the walls and an unpleasant odor were present. There was hardly any space for luggage and clothes. The air conditioner kept shutting off on its own. The shower delivered very little water, making a proper shower almost impossible. An extra charge was applied for a water bottle. Bad luck or coincidence, we had a water damage incident on the first day, which the staff couldn’t prevent. We had to vacate the room for several hours, which was very uncomfortable. The prices for additional services were also noticeably high. We were quoted an inflated price for a trip to Agafay before arrival, and the taxi fare at departure was also very steep. Overall, the value for money was disappointing for us.
