The staff and pool area were wonderful, but the towels left in the hallway were a nuisance.

The hotel did a good job overall, but the TV remote was broken and the elevator’s cart control was oddly positioned.

The room was clean and quiet, yet the bathroom tools were broken and the room itself had clearly seen better days.

I liked the staff and the hotel was clean, but the bed on one side was uneven, making it hard to sleep because my baby kept rolling over.
