The place looked nice and was presented well, but many other aspects, especially the most important ones, left a lot to be desired. We started with the assumption that, despite the confirmation of our booking, they were unaware of our arrival, so even though the hotel was empty, I didn’t know where to settle. After receiving the key, we went to our room and noticed that the assigned room was a large double turned into a forced quadruple (even though we had booked a double with a double bed), and what was supposed to be a double bed turned out to be two single beds simply joined by a mattress cover. The floor, supposedly clean, was obviously dusty; walking barefoot in the room left my feet black. The bathroom’s cleanliness left a lot to think about, and the sink’s legs in the bathroom were only resting on the cabinet, so when you touched them with your foot, the sink seemed to float. In short, not everything that shines is gold. One thing was certain: I would never have expected such a thing, and on top of all that, the breakfast was the cherry on the cake. I saw terrible breakfasts, but so terrible and so low‑level that not even the worst hostel would match it. Nutella was stale, apples were already overripe, the jam was dry, coffee was awful, juices were of the lowest level. For a stay that cost 90 euros. I repeat: the structure is aesthetically beautiful and modern, but for everything else it was worth only 2 euros.

“Totalmente una delusione.”

Absolutely nothing. The building was completely over‑valued, the room was horrible, completely dirty with hair everywhere and dust coming out of all corners. The breakfast was truly poor; I would have expected a fairly wide selection given how the hotel presents itself. Paying 90€ for a night for what I received was absolutely shameful. I will never stay here again.
