The Phoenix Park Hotel, a family-run hotel in central Dublin, overlooks Phoenix Park and is conveniently located near Heuston Train Station and the red Luas line. Refurbished rooms feature flat-screen TVs, spacious showers, and tea/coffee-making facilities. A light breakfast using fresh local produce is served in a French-style café, complemented by a bar serving Guinness and wine, near Dublin Zoo and Guinness Brewery.

The hotel is really nice, just a stone's throw from Phoenix Park where I walked for an hour while waiting for my train, and they helped me check in at 2 am, which was very late.

The place is very well situated, a short walk from Heuston Trainstation and the Bus Stop for the Dublin Express to/from the Airport, and there are plenty of shops and pubs nearby; the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds comfy.

The room and bed were very comfortable, with adequate space and a good desk area too. The welcome and check-in process were great. The location is superb. There was a problem with the shower in my room, and the staff were very helpful and transferred me to an alternative room with no hassle. It was all fine
