The staff are polite and ready to help with any need, and the hostel offers good comfort for the price. The best feature is the step‑free access, which is handy for guests with elderly companions. One suggestion: add a minibar and heat the pool.

The service was great and the breakfast was good. The room was simple but tidy, though the shower only produced a small amount of water.

The place was a disappointment. The room was a mess—stained sheets, a lumpy mattress, walls with spots, and the water pressure was practically nonexistent. The bathroom door squeaked and dragged on the floor, and there was a hole in the window that let anyone outside see in.
