We enjoyed our stay, everyone was friendly, the room was tidy, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, but being next to a busy road and railway line made it hard to sleep.

Everything at the hotel was great, though the steep walk up to the centre isn’t anyone’s fault.

The location is fantastic, staff are incredibly helpful, cleanliness is top‑grade, and overall the hotel is superb; I always book it when I go to Chester, though the breakfast could offer more vegetarian choices.

The place is in a good spot and the room was lovely, parking was reasonably priced, yet the main road made it a bit noisy.
