The location was great. The room booked for 4 people only fit 2; I stay in NYC often and have slept in many hotels, but this one was definitely the worst. One bed was literally pressed against the window frame, leaving no space to move in the room; the bathroom was terribly dirty, and when the water was turned off the noise made it impossible to sleep. Overall, I rate the stay very poorly unless someone enjoys claustrophobic spaces.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was very central, the price was very reasonable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. All in all, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel staff were very attentive; Roger helped us with everything we asked for and was exceptionally friendly. The location is truly exceptional. The hotel itself is very basic and the cleanliness is just adequate.

The area around the hotel is very nice and I would recommend staying here if you enjoy walking and exploring; from there we walked to Brooklyn over the bridge, to the 9‑11 memorial, and to Times Square on different occasions, all of which were enjoyable walks full of sights and activities along the way.
