The hotel sits in a very central spot, making it a breeze to walk to all the key attractions and really soak up Madrid. Cleanliness is top‑grade and the staff are super friendly and helpful. When we return to Madrid, we’ll choose this place again. No complaints.

“Extremely enjoyable for sure.”

It is very basic but spotlessly clean, and it’s conveniently next to the metro station and local amenities. I highly recommend it. The signage was so small that I walked past it two or three times before spotting the hotel sign.

“Perfect for no-frills but comfortable, reasonably priced stay in a great location.”

The location is great for strolling to major sights like the Prado, for public transport, and for cafés, restaurants and markets. For a solo traveler, the double room was a decent size, quiet, had a cheerful décor and a nice sidestreet view. Before arrival, a message said an access code would be sent, but neither the code nor any instructions on how to get into the building or what to do when arriving were provided. A quick phone call fixed this brief hiccup.
