The location and the swimming pool were great, but there was no working café or bar during the day or evening.

The staff were helpful, but the room was too dim because of insufficient lighting.

The hotel welcomed dogs, but I was locked out for about an hour because the room door lock ran out of battery and the staff struggled to reprogram the lock from the office.
