The facilities were nice and very clean, but I had bad luck when the restaurant served spoiled chicken with mole, so I told the host and the chef, who is responsible for ensuring fresh food.

The staff were attentive, but they didn’t honor the “all‑included” promise; at check‑in they told us it was only “semi‑all‑included.” 🤨🤨🤨
