“Really nice little room outside separated from the main pub . Breakfast option would have been great”

I was lucky enough to have one of the new rooms. It seems like a lively pub. Sadly, it didn’t offer food or breakfast.

“All I wanted was a quiet sleep but I didn't get it”

The bathroom facilities in the room I stayed in were quite new, so that is good. I shouldn’t have gone to bed expecting to wake up without headaches because they were supposed to stop playing music at 11 pm or 12 pm but didn’t stop until after 1 am or so… really poor. The heating wasn’t working because I tried it. Bad experience.

“Friendly Staff but hotel needs some love”

The staff were really friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. We stayed in the main part of the hotel, which was connected to the bar. The hotel/bar is very dated and in need of some TLC. The room itself was a good size but also needed some TLC and a good clean. There was a stain on the wall where someone had previously spilled a drink. Dead insects were around the window and sill, looking like they've been there for months. There was also a dead moth and a toenail clipping on the floor. The shower dripped constantly, so we had to place the shower head in the tray.

Clean, comfortable room. Could do with a mirror in the room and a hairdryer.

The friendly staff and location were nice. Nosey until 2 am, dirty.
