Koho SXM - ex Hevea Hotel

[TEXT] I spent a very good single night at this establishment; the staff were smiling and ready to help, the room amenities were of good quality, and I had a pleasant night.

“Cute place. Nice common areas. Stairs are for the young and fit.”

[TEXT] The room was comfortable, clean, quaint, quiet, and offered a lot of privacy; I especially liked the blackout curtains. I needed sleep and it worked well. However, there was no one at the front desk for most of my stay to answer questions, and I would have preferred a room not on the lower level because the uneven, steep stairs were difficult for an older person.

[TEXT] The accommodation was very dusty when we arrived, so I had to request a cleaning lady to do a simple mopping; that was quite disappointing, especially regarding the cleanliness upon arrival. Apart from that, the accommodation is very comfortable.

“Aussi pourri que l hotel EVEA mais plus cher”

The location was good, but everything else – the room was dirty, poorly equipped, and in bad condition.

“Bien”

The proximity was fine, but the enfilade shower and the lack of a welcome water bottle were disappointing.
