“Great little hostel, recommended!”
The staff were very friendly and I met a lot of sociable people in the hostel. The outdoor area was great for chilling out and enjoying the weather and breakfast. The hostel organized a few activities during the week, such as beach volleyball and a weekly BBQ night. It was quite clean and within walking distance to a beach, with plenty of parking along the road. An extra bathroom would be welcomed.

The staff were very nice, always ready to help and keep the hostel clean. I liked the balance between the two houses, with one being quieter and the other more conversational. 10/10, I’ll come again.
“Correct mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à du confort, il y a généralement du monde et donc du bruit”
The flexibility on arrival time and the kindness of the host staff were appreciated. The occupants of the room and the cleanliness of the bathroom were problematic, with sand everywhere. The quiet hours were not respected: music and noisy people played until 2 am, even though a rule prohibiting such behavior should have been in effect from 11 pm. The cleanliness of the kitchen was also questionable.

The place was quiet and clean, and the staff were top. There wasn’t much to do in the evening, but during the day the proximity to the beach was great.
“Bruuuutal!”
The hostel is perfect whether you’re solo or, like us, in a couple. We made friends, went out to the beach or had drinks with the hostel folks, and kept our couple time when we wanted it. We mixed all the plans as we pleased. At night it was quiet and we slept without trouble. Tortuga is a top spot for your stay, seriously!
