Despite being close to the highway, the hotel was quiet. The room felt cramped, and a renovation would really help.

When we showed the front desk photos of the moldy mattress, they swapped our room; the reception was open until 23:30. Immediately upon arrival, the hotel smelled damp and moldy. The hallway tiles were so dirty that the toilet door wouldn’t open. The mattress was full of the previous guest’s black hair, mold in the middle and under the mattress, and a piece of chewing gum was stuck to the head of the bed. All the air‑conditioning vents were taped or painted over. We were given a new room, but the shower floor was still moldy and covered with a rug, the pillows had potato sacks, the sheets had stains, there was no mosquito net on the window, and the curtains were in poor condition.

“Établissement à rénover”

The staff were friendly, but the room smelled bad and didn’t match the description—shower and toilet were in the hallway, not in the room!

“Miteux, sale et bien trop cher pour ce que c'est”

The hotel sits right off the highway, which was convenient, but the whole place was dirty – the room itself was filthy, the bed smelled, there was dust, insects and even pubic hair under the sheet.
