“رائعه”
Everything is great, but the kitchen utensils were lacking.

I’d like to thank Mr. Mohammed Khaled at reception for his good manners, cooperation, and help with everything we asked for; I wish him continued success.

The location, apartment facilities, and staff service were good. However, the pillows were uncomfortable, the curtains didn’t block daytime sun well, the TV screen was somewhat small, and some kitchen items were missing, like glasses and cups.

This spot is beautiful and close to everything you need, with parking available. The staff are excellent, especially Mr. Mohammed Khaled, who is very kind, helpful, and a real asset to the hotel.
