Everything was very clean, luxurious, and the service and location were excellent, but the many stairs were a hassle and the beverage service was slow and poorly organized.

“Do it if you have to and out of choice”

The staff were friendly and did their best to help, but the hotel sits on a main road so it stays noisy until late, and wedding ceremonies add extra clatter that makes the stay uncomfortable; the rooms are spacious yet old and in need of renovation.

The team welcomed us warmly and cooperated fully, and the manager personally greeted us and asked if everything was comfortable; the rooms were spacious and varied, the rates were reasonable, and the housekeeping staff were helpful and welcoming for any request. The only downside was that only the old air‑conditioning units worked and they need replacement.
