Quiet rooms in a quite street in Perth City

“A bit grim”

I stayed only one night. The room was small, poorly furnished and poorly located. The shared bathroom was acceptable only if the price were lower. The room locks were difficult to handle, communication was slow, and last‑minute essential information made check‑in troublesome. It wasn’t a very quiet room, especially being next to the shared bathroom.

I found the place quiet and the staff super friendly, but paying over $600 for a single night felt too pricey.

“Doggie”

I was harassed by strangers on arrival, and the manager was cold and dismissive even when I was mildly annoyed—definitely not recommended.

The beds were comfortable, yet the room was very dirty, and I had to remove my street shoes and walk on the unvacuumed carpet in socks. The mini‑bathroom was tiny and there was no explanation where the second bathroom was supposed to be.

It was a perfect place to stay—friendly, welcoming, and wholesome. Thanks to owner Sophia for a relaxed, central, warm spot. Highly recommend for tranquility, excellent value, cozy, and quiet; nothing I disliked. Completely satisfied.
