The house is brand new, well equipped and clean, with air‑conditioning and mosquito nets; the in‑room water and a small breakfast were appreciated. The only flaw was that the kitchen rag was all dirty, which was definitely a distraction.

Very clean and tidy. A lovely breakfast basket was set out, with milk and water included. Helpful instructions and information.

Finding the place was simple, just a few kilometres into Italy after crossing the border. The host answered my WhatsApp messages quickly. A decent pizza spot was close enough for a short drive. We discovered on arrival that the apartment had no cooking facilities, so check that detail before booking. The neighbourhood feels a bit run‑down and only one bedroom had air‑conditioning, which didn’t cool very well.

We stayed just one night, and honestly there’s nothing to complain about – the breakfast was fine, everyone was pleasant, and I’d recommend it.
