The staff behaved excellently and the location was very good, but the bathroom sink didn’t drain, water backed up and smelled awful while washing hands, the door jammed halfway and wouldn’t close, and the staff refused to give me a valet ticket, demanding my car key, which I didn’t hand over; aside from that, everything else was fine.

The location is great, but the lighting in the room and bathroom was awful and the TV didn’t work at all.

“Excellent and personalised service!”

From the moment my husband was about to check in, Ms Jothi had already arranged room service for him, even heating the food and leaving it in the room after the restaurant had closed. Mr Manoj, Ms Jothi, Ms Aishwariya and Ms Hoi went out of their way to make my husband and my mother‑in‑law feel at home, and their kindness made the stay memorable. I’d definitely give the hotel a 5‑star rating. The only downside was the terrible traffic outside the hotel in the mornings and evenings, but that was nothing the hotel could control.
