The place is right by the beach, but the ad was a lie. I paid for a suite that had no hot water, and when it did, it was freezing. We had to shower in a shared bathroom where the shower head sparked and the water never heated; once the water ran out I had to rinse my hair with a bucket. The toilet had no lid, the AC was dead, and every time we asked the owner he had a new excuse. I won't stay again and don't recommend it.

Nice spot near a bakery, market, and the beach, but the property feels abandoned. The room was scorching and the fan barely worked. The bathroom was filthy and the taps gave electric shocks.

I didn't like a single thing – the building is ancient, neglected, and the cleaning is awful. There's no organization at all.

It was close to the event, but everything was awful – the AC was broken, the fans were noisy, the place was a mess, the mattresses were terrible, and the shower shocked me.

The house is close to the beach, and the location was a plus, but there's no lighting at night. The stay feels like a rip-off: no AC, the shower is cold and shocks, parking is a nightmare, and the mansion looks abandoned.
