Excellent welcome, the building is beautiful and clean, as is the room. The room was fairly quiet despite being in Naples, and the basic breakfast items were appreciated. They offered to keep luggage until departure. No complaints.

It was a very old building with lots of character, conveniently close to many sites and the lively town center.
