The staff were very friendly and helpful, yet the toilet seat was completely loose and couldn't be fixed right away; the student apartments vary greatly in equipment and are very noisy, and while the price is reasonable for Bilbao, overall it feels too expensive.

I really liked it; it was superbly located and the value for money was fantastic.

I liked the single room the most because it was comfortable, nice, and in a great spot—I'd definitely come back.
