All the food, the spa, the décor, the zen vibe… everything was spot on.

The pools, buffet, and staff were all perfect. However, the room had an extra bed we hadn’t requested and a broken door; compared to other rooms, the price we paid didn’t match this one.

The adult‑only area was really cool and the spa, with its massages, was excellent. The hotel needs a refresh, its location is average, and the meals are mediocre.

The hotel was very good and the staff were attentive. It was too noisy at night, the rooms weren’t sound‑proofed, which is a shame.
