The hotel is compact, offers a variety of breakfasts, and the view from the window is good. The staff are friendly. Nearby are cafés, a restaurant with tasty pilaf, and a large grocery store. Seoul Park isn’t far. The laundry cost is too high, about 10$, and the center isn’t close.

I had come to this inn before and everything was great, but on my second visit, at check‑in at 23.10, a guy put us in a room he promised would be changed in the morning, but it turned out he had no such room! We arrived late and before dawn the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, it was dirty, and there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We left the inn, and the manager didn’t even bother to approach us or do anything; the attitude was zero. Even though he didn’t speak Russian, he could have apologized for the inconvenience – we understand any language!

The listed price didn’t match the real price demanded at the reception – we paid over 50% more than the advertised rate. The room was extremely dirty; the bedding had urine and other stains and clearly wasn’t washed properly. We had to change the sheets ourselves because the hotel staff didn’t care. The TV was missing entirely, the bathroom hair dryer didn’t work and didn’t even have the correct power cord. Our complaints were not taken seriously by the staff.
