“Pesadilla”

Heads up: it's a rooftop room. There's no coffee maker, no kitchen, not even a communal area, and no TV. I'll skip the rest of the comments and attach pictures. Everything was very dirty with old grime. Hygiene was lacking.

“Llegamos, vimos la plaga de hormigas y, con la misma, nos fuimos”

We arrived, saw the room, and found an ant infestation, so we left immediately. The first thing that upset us was the reception; the owner's daughters were arguing loudly in front of us for a while, and then they complained about their work while serving us. Secondly, we were never told that the accommodation was on the upper floor of their house, meaning we shared the entrance area. When we finally received the keys and went up, we saw countless ants everywhere on the floor, multiplying nonstop. After that, we refused to stay there. We reported the issue, but they treated us poorly, speaking aggressively and violently. Eventually, they admitted the room hadn’t been cleaned, called us “tiquismiquis,” and said they would buy a bug killer at the supermarket. That wouldn’t solve the problem because the ants came from a hole in the floor. A specialist needed to seal the room. We requested a cancellation, but they refused any responsibility and shut the door in our faces. It might sound like a joke, but it’s true, and we’re writing this so no one else experiences it again.

“Servicio malisimo”

The location was good. We were given four towels for four people and throughout the week they couldn’t replace them, even though we couldn’t wash them ourselves. They handed us plastic cutlery and plates from IKEA, didn’t do any cleaning or change sheets during the week, left only one roll of toilet paper for the whole week, and a single 15 l trash bag for the entire stay. The terrace had no lights, so it was more comfortable sleeping on the floor than on the bed. They left four decorative cushions for us to use as pillows. The area was fantastic, but the service was awful. After checking out and handing over the deposit, at 4 a.m. they sent me a message saying the microwave was broken and that it had been deteriorating all the time.

Accoglienza cordiale (Famiglia di origine belga che comprende - quanto meno - una nonna, una mamma, una figlia carina). Ottima la posizione per visitare l'isola. La camera era pulita e luminosa. Per quello che mi riguarda i materassi della stanza matrimoniale erano comodi e anche i cuscini, di tipo basso. Disponibilità dei proprietari per richieste specifiche e informazioni. Terrazzo (ma troppo vento per poterlo sfruttare realmente). Check-in/out veramente macchinoso con doppia registrazione on-line e fisica, modulo, cauzione, messaggi vari, verificazione della camera in uscita. per chi viaggia spesso con booking sono pratiche che non si usano più, molto vecchio stile. Sistemazione con pochi servizi: il wifi non va, c'è solo un piccolo frigo e un microonde senza niente per poterlo usare quindi praticamente inutile. Ci sono stati forniti delle tazze e dei bicchieri, almeno per un tè. Sapone ma niente shampoo. Odore di fogna nel bagno. Niente tende oscuranti o tapparelle, la luce arriva dritta in faccia presto. C'è un vento molto forte e la struttura balla propro, con rumori di spiferi da tutte le parti perché la costruzione e l'isolamento è un pò casuale e raffazonato

“Parfait”

The host and her daughters were welcoming. The location is great, and our room opened onto a large terrace with a beautiful view of the volcanoes. Everything was perfect!
