The number, the pleasant owner, the privacy, and the reasonable price are all good. The location is a bit far and the transport is somewhat complicated.

The host was extremely kind and helpful; they made sure the room was cool, provided croissants and herbal infusions for breakfast, and kept water bottles in the fridge. The room was clean and welcoming, and the bathroom was very functional. The location is convenient and strategic. I would suggest earplugs if you’re sensitive to traffic noise from Via Appia (I brought mine after reading earlier reviews and slept very well). If I ever return to Marino, I’ll definitely consider staying here again.

It’s a 17‑minute walk to the nearest supermarket, café, and train station. The main road traffic noise is loud at night and early in the morning.
