The host is extremely friendly and warm; she was always in touch and helped us with everything. We’ll definitely stay there again. The linens were clean, the room spotless, and we even received a bottle of wine as a gift—such a pleasant touch.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and polite, and the location was good. However, there was no hot water, and the room was very, very cold.
