We arrived during a rainy spell and the fireplace was lit so we could warm up; the hotel is beautiful and stylish, clean, and the breakfasts are very good, but the walls are very thin and you can hear everything happening in the whole building—this didn’t bother us, but some people prefer more privacy.

The view of the mountains and valley was fantastic, but the bed was very saggy and creaked a lot.

The view was good and the glass doors added a nice touch, but the washroom door was damaged and the roof leaked during rain. A monkey even slipped into our room and stole all our food items, and the staff never mentioned the monkey. Shower water pressure was poor.

The hotel offers a great view and is close to the city, and the food is amazing. We booked breakfast‑and‑brunch and ordered two dinners, both of which were very tasty. The staff was amazing and really helpful.

Honestly, everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile, and breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean, cozy, and fully stocked. I’m so happy I chose the family suite because it was spacious.
