The food was top‑notch and the whole team was friendly, but Luis really stood out—he was always on top of things and super attentive. The place feels modern, spotless and sits in a handy spot. Only thing that kept me from calling it flawless was the pillow; it was a bit too firm for my liking.

This spot is perfect for escaping the city’s hustle; the pool area lets you sip tasty cocktails while taking in the view from a room that’s got a killer outlook. Natalia, Luis and Jesús were constantly ready to help, making the whole stay feel effortless. All in all, a solid pick for a chill Copacabana getaway.
