The outside was pretty and the lobby area. I killed 3 water bugs upon entering the room. The furniture was outdated and damaged

Everything was perfect, and the staff were exceptional! There was nothing negative.

We couldn’t sleep until 4 AM because people kept coming in and out; it was noisy and frightening. We almost left, but we were too scared to go outside.

The decaf in the breakfast area wasn’t working, and the snack machine was broken. The cleaning chemicals they used smelled awful.
