The staff were very friendly. However, the street noise was loud because the window didn't seal properly, letting in a lot of noise, and the TV was missing channels.

The price‑service ratio was solid. The towels smelled like they had been stored in a closet; they weren't dirty, but adding a scent like Dawn or Suavitel would be nice.
